Avoid adidas online - non-existent customer service

adidas South Africa just doesn't actually care anymore. From using DPD for (non)deliveries to not having someone in South Africa who can actually help you.

I requested a refund on 3 Sept, received a return note to say my package would be picked up after contacted via SMS or email to arrange a pick up. No contact after that. On 6 Sept, I followed up with an email to "customer service" (what a joke) - they rep**** today, to say that "someone would follow up via SMS or email". So that means there are copy and paste responses made by randoms in India, to our complaints as South Africans about adidas South Africa.

Avoid adidas online at all costs. It's not worth it these days.
