Appealing service from Adidas

I ordered on the 27/11/2024 for my Dad's birthday and was given an expected delivery date of 02/12/2024. I was excited to receive this for him. When Adidas experienced a rush in business they put out a notice to alert clients to a delay in delivery with, wait for it a 13-15 working days delay for local delivery within South Africa. My order now has the expected time of delivery removed and no update provided. I have tried calling Adidas to find out what is my situation but there has been no answer. I can't believe that Adidas would treat clients like this, with such little regard for them. I have ordered before and I am part of the Adiclub. I am definitely considering any future business as highly unlikely from my side. What horrible client service. I warn others to use them with extreme caution.
