Appalling Service

I placed 2 orders on the 22nd and for the 2nd one I got quick responses and a tracking number the following day. For the 1st order, the last communication I received was the confirmation email. I sent 2 online enquiries, no response. I called their call center and I was told the order is coming, the lead time is 5-7 days and mind you that was on day 7. I called again today and after waiting on the call for 30min, the consultant just told me that I should wait my product will be delivered and when I asked for the date they made me hold for another 15min then dropped the call.
