appalling service

i would like to lay a formal complaint against Jabu. I have been frequenting the Adidas store for the past 6 months on a weekly basis and every week without fail i purchase many items at the store. Today (13/01/2016) at 10:30 am i went to the Addidas store to exchage an item It was blue male shorts. The item still had the label on it and i had the receipt. The gentleman that assisted me was quite helpful. This was the first time i had ever exchanged anything at the store. The cost of the item was R329 however i then bought more items that amounted to over R600. When i got to the till i was assisted by a gentleman who did not even greet me. He took my clothing items and did a few calculations and then informed me of the amount i needed to pay. He did not put this amount onto the POS. After i provided payment he started writing down the items i purchased in a book while i stood waiting wondering why he was taking so long. He never thought to explain anything to me until i asked him what he was doing. At that point i was still quite patient. I waited until he was finished and he put the items into a bag and gave them to me. I then
