Appalled

I purchased online on the 29th of November 2019 .with enough patience from my side and website saying there’s delays with “promotions” Black Friday I suppose.today Monday 9th December a random person is sending me pictures of my order on whatts app how appalling this service is .as I am not going to except goods that has been opened and pictures sent to me by a random stranger .i demand new products failure to do so I would like my refund order number ***
