ANNOYING ADIDAS SOUTH AFRICA

I returned adidas items on the 25th of October, today is the 26th of November and I'm still waiting for my money. So far I've spoken to 3 consultants at the expense of my airtime. They've been telling me to wait for 3- 4 days. I mean it's more than a month and they have their items with them. I want my money, that's my money for crying out loud. What they are doing is extremely annoying.
