<p>I'm really really disappointed by the quality of your products nowadays. In February I bought a Berlin Backpack from Sportscene South Africa and the handles and everything started tearing off in less than two months. I went on to buy a black Trefoil cap at your online store and in less than a month the colour started changing and I haven't even washed the cap. Please make me understand why Adidas South Africa's products are of a very low quality. I'm never ever gonna buy anything from Adidas ever again. I've loved this brand ever since I was in primary school. I'm in tertiary now and Adidas is selling ****s. What the hell </p>

If the product has any defect you are welcome to return it to the store of purchase (with the proof of purchase) within six months from the purchase date. If it is a defect the store will replace the product is stock is avaible, offer you a voucer or refund you.
I will raise your concerns with our Product Team in SA who will investigate and also feedback to our Global Team for review.
