Adiddas Atterbury sucks

Adidas Atterbury...I have made some returns at adiddas atterbury and I was told that I will get my refund with 7working days and if thr money doesn't reflect on my account I must come back to the store! Imagine going up and down for your money

Well 7days elapsed and there was no sign of money..I went back to addidas atterbury then I was told that the person who said I must come back within 7days made a mistake because the refund takes 14days...imagine using my money for transport and then am told bull****. Then a guy by the name of Thulani/Luthando took my details and promised to follow up and provide feedback..its now almost 8days since I have been waiting for his call and there is no money in my account...the 14days has lapsed as well....why is it so difficult for adiddas to give us the hard cash instead of making their customer do the run around!

Adiddas is sitting my hard earned money that I need to use and they don't even bother to communicate...talk about poor service!
