Adidas/Reebok Cornubia Appalling Service

Appalling Service at Adidas Cornubia. Upon visiting the store yesterday I saw takkies that were marked down. I decided what style I wanted and was told it's not marked down and that the sale only starts a day later. I called the manager whom was too please to assist me and when I got to the till I told him that because of the service I will return to shop there and he made it seem as if I'm *****ing from him by telling me straight to my face it does not make a difference as he is now liable to pay the difference for the show. That was his mistake. Is that how you treat customers. I buy atleast 1 pair of takkies every 2 months and he told me indirectly that he doesn't need my business. Seriously either change him or train him on customer service as I'm not sure if I will ever shop there again ***
