Adidas.co.za poor customer service

I placed an online order on the 5th of June 2023, I did not receive any order confirmation but the money was deducted from my account. After emailing and calling nonstop for the next few days I only got a response 3 days later on the 8th of June saying that my order was cancelled. No details of when I would be refunded or any further information. On the 12th of June, I was sent an email stating that my order was cancelled due to a technical error on their side and that it would take 14 days for me to be refunded.

So after all this time I have to wait this long for a refund after an error on their side. This is shocking and I will not be supporting adidas South Africa any further
