Adidas.co.za ONLINE PURCHASES

I ordered shoes online from Adidas.co.za which I received. I logged a return for one pair of shoes and was given an RMA number by Adidas to use for the courier pick-up. The courier collected it the following day - and while the driver was standing with me - I spoke to the courier depo to make sure the pick-up was for Adidas which they confirmed. It has been a month since the pick-up and I have not been refunded yet. After numerous mails to Adidas without response, I opened a case with Adidas , receiving a case number and a mail which stated that they would give attention to my case. Yesterday I received a mail from Adidas stating that they DID NOT send the courier company that picked up my parcel - although I confirmed the pick-up with the couriet depo- and that they are going to close my case within 2 business days. So must I have to accept that I will not be refunded???. I had the same problem with Adidas last year, and after months of pleading and fighting they suddenly found my returned items and refunded me months later after I told them that I would contact my attorney about the case. 😡
