adidas za online ********

i ordered something from the Adidas online store on the 23rd of November , deliver states that it takes 3 to 5 days it is now the 5 th of December i have not received anything tried calling the online support no answer, tried emailing the online support no answer either , the status of the order states that it has been dispatched on Saturday but WHERE IS IT!!!, tried all means to contacts Adidas through all platforms but seems they have gone ghost, the item bought was a gift for someone, now not only i was unable to deliver the gift im not even sure i will ever receive the product anymore, truely poor service and management s****s Adidas !!!!
