Adidas you should be ashamed of how you treat customers! Your are not even worthy of 1 star!

You don't even deserve 1 star. I ordered on 31 October 2024. When tracking the order through courierIT I saw that the said the company doesn't exist and the address does not exist. I did not order under a company name. The address is correct. I have called numerous times, each time they say they will escalate! Today I called, was on hold for 25 minutes just to be informed that the parcel is returned to the warehouse and I will receive a refund in 3 - 14 days! I just want the parcel, not the refund and the more I tell the agent the more he says he is writing all I say down so that this does not occur again!
