Adidas worst online service ever

It was my first time ordering online and I have the worst experience ever and I must I will never ever order on Adidas online ever again. I have ordered sneakers in December and turned out to be a wrong. I requested a return on the 6th of January and until now they haven't collected the item. I have been calling their customer service without any help.
