Adidas Woodmead Store Poor Service

Was really disappointed with my visit to Adidas Woodmead, visited the shop on Thursday 30th May, we entered the shop at 17h15, and started shopping, at 17h20 they started closing the doors, I went online to confirm trading hours and it was listed at 18h00, so I asked the guy why they are closing so early, he said to clean the store. I pickup up the clothes I wanted to try on and as I go to the dressing room, the first lady comes and say we are closed, so I told her I need to try these tracksuit, as I go into the change room there are 2 ladies screaming from the front of the store, to say store is closed, then another 2 ladies cam to the change room, and said we are closed, I simply felt so upset and under duress, I checked my time and it was 17h40, I just grabbed the tracksuit which cost R1500 and went to the paypoint which was now closed, is is how Adidas treat their customers, is this how you welcome our business, do you allow your staff to scream repeatedly in the store, making it very uncomfortable for customers to get their shopping done, Very Disappointing, your staff need customer training, or if you don't welcome our business then continue running the store in this manner and it will out of business soon
