ADIDAS VOUCHERS TOTAL RIP-OFF

When I joined Virgin Active I received Adidas Shopping vouchers to the value of R3000.00. Firstly I was not able to utilize the vouchers at the Adidas Stores. I was advised that I can only use it on the Adidas online store. Firstly i was not able to purchase most of the items as they were on promotion. Most of the Items that I was interested in on the online store was on promotion. I then settled to purchase two pairs of sneakers which was not my first choice the value of R2600. I then purchased Vouchers to the value of R400.00 for the difference. Now that I want to use the vouchers on a single purchase I am informed that I can only use one voucher per purchase. This is a total rip-off as it is not stipulated anywhere on there conditions. I am totally disappointed with the type of service rendered from their customer care department. I would advise people not to purchase Adidas vouchers as gifts.
