Adidas - Thank you for your going the Extra Mile!

Bought a pair of rugby boots at a well known retailer here in Bloemfontein. Used the boots for one season of rugby, and needed to replace the studs.. Went back to the retailer and was told that there are no replacements available from Adidas and or any other place in South Africa. This was unacceptable, as I have paid over R3,000 for the boots, and not even 6 months later I have to buy new boots as there are no studs (R500) ?? In desperate need I phoned Adidas Head Office, and was directed to a Candice Jacobs. Candice went all out trying to help. Phoning me back 2 to 3 times to keep me posted about the situation. Through her kindness and willingness to help she gave me her personal cell number so that I could send her photos of the boots and codes. After 2hrs she phoned me back with a POD and tracking number for my order which she sent to me free of charge.

What a day!! With disbelief I waited for the parcel, and true enough, the next day it was delivered!

Candice, it is people like you who walk the extra mile, and who takes responsibility for a clients needs that make this country GREAT! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! I haven't seen client service like this in quite a while, and I am forever thankful for your kind heart!!
