Adidas suck

I went last week Saturday the 14th to the Adidas store in Randburg waterfront to return 2 t-shirts, tights and a vest and I stil have not received my money back. I think it’s absurd that one should wait 10 to 14 days. How much longer should I wait? You know it’s covid and people are jobless we need every sent to support our family whom has no income.
