Adidas store service is trash

The disgusting service at adidas shop in Marshalltown at ghandi square Johannesburg. I purchased shoes and made it specific that I want size 4 I was given the shoes then left only to get home that it’s a size 5 so it means in that store they give incorrect sizes just to make a sale I then went in for the correct size and was told they don’t have it ok I requested for a refined and they told me about 7 days and forced to put it to my card just soo it seems that the person sold a shoe to me to get commission I spoke to the manager but he is just useless and *********** and new nothing .... I demand my money back adidas how yourl ran your business is the main reason yourl will not have customers and stuff that is focused at commissions and not providing a good service ..... sies
