Adidas Springfield value centre, pathetic service!

I've been to this store 2 or 3 times before, and always notices how unfriendly the staff at this store is, today I went there and walked around the store 4 times, not 1 of their staff members even greeted any customers, I had to ask the security at the door for help with what I was looking for, eventually a guy by the name of sfiso helped me, he was excellent, it wasn't the 1st time he had to step in to help me, got what I wanted and then he took me to the Indian lady cashier, she was extremely unhelpful, she had moaned with sfiso cause she had to remove the stuffing out the bag I bought, she never even acknowledged me as a customer, very rude person, how does a big name like Adidas employ staff that don't even greet customers? This was the most pathetic Adidas store I've been to, never again! I rather go to the gateway store, they're much more helpful!
