Adidas online service is a ********** service. I ordered a parcel online in December 2022 and never received the parcel. The online support service is non-existent. They refuse to assist and one has to wait 10 working days before you can follow-up. Then you phone and there is zero updates.

I believe this is a **** and there is no actual adidas south africa online service as the email follow ups results in no response.

Be careful and be warned of adidas online. You will be de*****ed of your money.
