I am beyond frustrated!!!!!

I placed an order on the 27th of November 2024 & promised that my order would arrive by the 02nd of December 2024. On the 03rd of December 2024, I receive an e-mail apologising advising that there is a backlog & they are experiencing a 13 – 15 business day delay & that they would contact me when my package is ready for delivery. I have tried calling Adidas South Africa from the 02nd to 12th of December but have not been able to get through. I have had to hold for 20plus minutes & then I get cut off – absolutely no one answers the call centre. I have tried e-mailing and keep getting the same generic response. I genuinely feel that I have been ****med and I will not rest until I get my refund, at this point I do not even want their products. The order I made was meant to be a gift for my son and husband. What a disappointment. Shame on you Adidas, we work hard for our income and do not have time and energy to waste chasing up with you for our orders. Never again !!!!
