Adidas South Africa Ltd Online Shopping

Adidas South Africa Ltd has disappointed me to the core, I placed my order on the 02/12/2024 and my expected delivery date was 17/12/2024, I didn’t mind the wait since there was a sale and it was December time. My first disappointment was that Christmas and New Years came and I still had not received my order. January I called the customer care number and explained my story but all I got was that they were still waiting for the return on the item from the Courier so they can process my orders. I had to wait again, for a parcel that the courier received but failed to deliver to me. I call the customer care number almost every week to get the same response that my matter has been escalated…. Escalated to where? I don’t know. I’m still waiting for my refund of an item I purchased in December 2024. It’s almost 3 months now. It’s really frustrating but there is nothing I can do as they have all the powers.
