ADIDAS SOUTH AFRICA IS PATHETIC!!!

On the 29th of December 2022, I placed an order and paid online for a jacket and a bucket hat on the Adidas website. When I received the order on the 4th of January 2023, the bucket hat was delivered and the jacket was missing. I instantly sent them an email regarding my refund for the jacket with no response.

On the 19th of January 2022 after nurmerous emails to Adidas, I get an email stating that I had received the jacket and the bucket hat. So basically that makes me a ****!

I logged into my Adidas account and it is clear as daylight that my jacket was "Cancelled" which means I am due a refund for it.

To make things more weird and interesting, an order that I had placed afterwards had an item also "Cancelled" of which I have received the refund for.

Something very ***** happened to my jacket between Adidas. The jacket I ordered was "Cancelled" but why am I not receiving my refund?!
