Adidas South Africa - Horrible Service

Placed an online order on the 28th of May 2025. Two days later I received a notification that my order was cancelled. No explanation why and not feedback regarding a refund. Sent numerous emails to their helpline, no response to date. Also tried to call their support line. There is simply no answer via the support line. I waited on the call for 10 minutes - no answer. Ironically, I even received a link to review the item I never received. Will proceed to do so. VERY disappointing service. Won't be supporting them again any time soon.
