Order AZA***1 placed 29 July as my wife’s birthday gift (this weekend). Promised delivery 1 Aug, moved to 4 Aug.

Since then: • Courier falsely claimed “no estate access” (I got 4 other deliveries that day). • I’ve confirmed my address multiple times. • Spoken to / chatted with 5 different Adidas agents — all promised it was “sorted.” • Still no delivery, no refund, no cer*****y.

Because I believed them, I’ve held off buying elsewhere — now, with 2 days to go, I might have no gift for her birthday.

Five chances to fix this. Five failures. Global brand? Not acting like one.
