Adidas South Africa

I bought 3 Items in May 2023, I then got an email that one of the items is out of stock and they will refund me(Refund initiated on 01/06/2023) . They initially said refund will be paid in 7 business days, 7 days passed I sent an email and they changed it to 14 Business days. It has been a back and forth of me sending and receiving emails from them to this day (07/07/2023) I haven't gotten my refund and Adidas has not given me any update.
