Adidas shop vaal mall laybuy inquiry

I would like to be helped,I made laybuy at adidas shop at vaal mall store last month on the 23,on the 25th of March I went to the store only to find out that the store is closed.the was no communication at all to let me know whether I should come to collect my laybuy or not.i then went to adidas ot at vanderbijlpark they told me they are an outlet they can't help me,I should go to mall of the south,and that would not be possible for me because I have already spent a lot of money traveling trying to get the refund I even went to studio 88 because they somehow apparently work with adidas. I tried to send them email but the only response I got is that they will get back to me but they didn't. I would like to be refunded in full payment and for all the costs since I was trying to get hold of adidas shop
