ADIDAS Shocking Service

This is the most shocking online service ever. Placed and paid for an order on 7th June 2020, eventually I was told the Courier Company was unable to locate my delivery, however they were able to issue a refund or a Store Credit Voucher Number, when I requested to day(22/06/20) for a store credit, I was informed this credit could only be issued for online Platform, and not "Store Credit". I am at a loss, because I do not trust the online platform to place an order again, and I am unable to get a store credit voucher.
