Adidas service is useless

Utterly ******* customer service by Adidas SA My GF wanted to get a Bayern jersey and it had just gone out of stock on the site, she had a 20% coupon she had wanted to use, so naturally she emails them to find out when would they have more stock or if they would have stock by the 9th of September when coupons expires, the response from them was utterly useless, couldn't tell me any info just a bunch of nonsense. Now less than 48hrs after their response the item is in stock again, there's no ways that they didn't know that info, so she ended up buying else where when she could have saved 200 using the coupon, we spend 1000s with Adidas yearly only to get such **** service on such simple questions.
