Adidas Service is pathetic

I made two online purchases and the one order, the incorrect sneaker was sent to me. I cannot get a refund for the sneakers unless Adidas collects the incorrect sneakers which they fail to do. The second order I received 28 Nov 2022 and one item was missing from the order. Sending emails and phoning customer services doesn't help as they give you the run around.
