Adidas ********

I placed an order with Adidas on 22 November, however the order was only delivered on the 7th of December. According to the app my order got delivered on the 29th of November. I have been calling their courier company CourierIT until the order finally got delivered. I logged a return the same day and till today my return has not been collected. I spoke to Naresh today who said I am not authorized to speak to a team leader, supervisor or manager. He kept apologizing but not providing any answers or solutions. Apparently he can't call their own courier company for a return logged. This is terrible, appalling customer service. Never ever again am I placing an order with Adidas, bunch of ********.
