Purchased black friday special only to be told 3 weeks later that item out of stock. I've sent numerous emails with absolute no response regarding a refund. Spoke to consultant who advised it would be done and nothing. Angry I never looked online to see there was many complaints to their online store, with no resolutions or even any customer service. I've seen people wait longer than 3 months waiting for refunds. Be careful purchasing I line from adidas.
