Adidas SA(online) is trash!!

I have a bad experience with adidas(online), I ordered a package on the 23rd of December 2024..and I’m still waiting for it to arrive and there is no communication. I tried calling the customer support but they haven’t resolved my complaint; no one is helping me, and I want my money to be refunded cause it’s been weeks now. I am tired of waiting Adidas is not doing anything to help me, they are not even trying to refund me, I am very disappointed.
