Adidas SA Online Store no response on my order

I see so many negative reviews already. I ordered on their SA Online site, on the 28th November and NOTHING. NO updates nothing, i have tried to call multiple times NO ONE answers, i have sent the second request via their website as to where my package is NO RESPONSE again. This is very frustrating. I ordered from Under Armor after Adidas and have gotten my orders in 2-4 days. I will not bud Adidas again EVER
