Adidas SA online

Customer service is poor and appalling. Logged a return in May. It's already July and it hasn't been collected. You can't get through on the customer number (either the line just keeps ringing or it doesn't go through completely). If you send an email, you receive AI generic responses a week later. I can't even exhange my item in store because I product I want is only available online. What a nightmare. Do not order online from Adidas SA!!!
