Adidas - ********s!!!

I will try to keep this short and sour!!!

Purchased a Padel Racket, used it for a few days. Found that the Adidas Racket developed cracks instantly due to "Poor Factory build".

Sent in the Racket on the 23rd of June 2023.

The website says Terms and Conditions, that the item may be swopped out in this regard. When requested such, they say that funds had already been submitted.

However, till to date no funds received.
