Adidas Return Policy: They take the good back but don't give you your money back

Still waiting my refund 4 months later. Return was accepted on 22 November 2019. They said the funds will return to my account between 3 and 7 working days. After the 7th working day I called and they said it could be up to 14 working days. Still waiting over 4 months later. adidas: Return ***
