Adidas return item

I ordered merchandise from Adidas on the 25 May 2024. There was one item I was not happy with and immediately requested a return on the product. To date, I have called, emailed, spoke on their chat platform, and still have not received any feedback apart from that they are escalating the matter and it will be resolved. I have 3 return numbers that I logged and still no joy.

I have always purchased at Adidas and it is very poor to see such service!
