adidas refund

I bought 3 items from Adidas online on the 11th of December 2025, after purchasing i got an email saying 1 item from the 3 items is sold out and i will receive a refund within 7 days, 7 days have passed but still i haven't received any refund i contacted them last week and sent them my bank statement as proof that i did not receive any money please help
