Adidas Push-in poor quality

I’ve had a really bad experience with adidas in Pretoria church street .I went to lay a complaint on the quality of push in which I bought in the middle of October and by December the shoes were torn on the side, which made me question the quality of that push in.

When I got there a lady by the name Portia said she can’t change for because it’s not a default from their side,I then requested that an investigation be conducted on the quality of the push in because it’s definitely not value for money.I paid using my bank card and bought 3 times only ,however they said they help me and that at retail their investigation of the quality is inspected by just looking at the shoes and then refused to assist any further.

I requested to see the manager so that she or he can explain their investigation process but they told me that Portia chikwaka is the one who inspected and can’t help me further.

Out of frustration I left the push in there by the store ,so that an investigation can be conducted,I also have similar push in and they are damaged the same way. They gave me a number to call and which I phoned they advised me to go to the store .

It’s really frustrating and I think I’m definitely not the only one complaining about this particular push-in .it’s very weak and it’s definitely not value for money, imagine buying adidas push in for R650.00 and only to wear them 2months.

I don’t recommend those push in at adidas due to the poor quality on their push-in.
