Adidas poor service

Adidas V & A Waterfont - pathetic management service I had an online purchase credit that allowed me to get a sneaker in store, I tried waterfront as I thought professional service and they opened recently and receive more stock than other stores.. To my dismay I have been trying for months to buy a sneaker from the store and due to no communication amongst the staff and management it's become a tedious exercise. Several times visiting the store and wanting to take a sneaker there's just always a problem coz this one didn't let that one know...same story over and over.. At one point a staff member called me to visit the store to get the refund and new purchase done so that they can close the deal. So I visit the store the very next day and that very person did not let anyone else know to expect me as he was on leave which he told me he would be and inform someone else, he obviously didn't..and then yet again another day wasting my time. Anyway long story short the Manager was asked to call me.. Until today I'm still waiting... This just confirms the service of the staff that works under him coz he is clearly no example. Why must it be so difficult trying to get value for your own money from people who get paid to do a job they can't even do right. I'm sure there are better people out there that can take management positions and actually do what is expected of them. I don't generally take my time to lodge a complaint but I feel this needs to be escalated to get my monies worth, hopefully.
