Adidas poor quality soccer boots.

Hello Peter, I bought a pair of ADIDAS soccer boots for my son and after the just 30minutes the front of the boot came loose. The very next day I took it back to the store where I showed it to the manager and he refused to do anything about it he said it was normal for ADIDAS boot to come loose in front. I new he was lying cause we’ve been buying ADIDA soccer boots for many years, he said Adidas won’t even look at at the boot and said my son must play in the boot for another 3 months and when it tears more then he will see if he can help us... he then walked away and left the us with the salesman who clearly didn’t agree with the manager. It was not after my wife raised her voice and threaten him with the media that he agreed to replace the boot but we couldn’t find anything else suitable for my son and demanded a refund. They said that the money would be transferred to my banking account almost immediately but didn’t happen. We couldn’t go to another boot cause we didn’t have the money as we still waiting for the money to clear in my account my son had to go play in broken soccer boots all due to a Adidas *********** manager which I can’t help but to say if it was a white person he would have treated them very differently . I’m very disappointed and disgusted with the manager’s attitude and after sales service.....
