Adidas poor quality Rugby Boots

Bough Pair of ***ari Z.1 rugby boots in December 2022, Used for 2 months and stud completely broke out of the boot. Same problem happened with the previous set of boots. Adidas return policy is "return faulty goods and then only will we look at refunding you". This is in the middle of the Rugby season.

Help desk very rude not willing to help or escalate the problem.
