adidas poor online service

I have ordered online and paid for the shoes online from adidas. adidas included delivery as part of the order. The pathetic courierit company was appointed by adidas to deliver the shoes. Hard to believe that a company like adidas appoint such pathetic company to do its deliveries. Twice courierit informed me that my parcel is out for delivery - and courierit just did not show up. Now who is ******* - adidas or courierit?
