Adidas poor customer service

Poor customer service or support help. Rather lack of support help services. Been sending number out emails and spoke to an agent on the app who said he couldn’t see and doesn’t know where the parcel is. When I called the call centre, the lady couldn’t help and said I should phone Courier It directly. I called and they said they can’t see any parcel, they have to contact Adidas. The tracker system doesn’t work and says the parcel is in shipment and will arrive Friday but it can’t be located.
