ADIDAS PLAY HIDE n SEEK WITH MY MONEY

I'm so disappointed with Adidas, I used to buy clothing online and use my bank app to pay, their account CITI BANK (GLOBALE SOUTH AFRICA) AUGUST 2023 I mistakenly sent R5000 to their account instead of GLOBAL SOUTH AFRICA account. I have proof (highlighted bank statement) as they requested. today 10 November I decided to call and make follow up on my case. 😢💔I was told that there's no transaction they received yet Statement prove that indeed I made deposit to their account 💔😥
