Adidas pathetic service

Pathetic service at the adidas Springfield park, Durban store. I wanted to purchase a pair of running shoes , there was nobody assisting customers, no little chair to sit on and try the shoes, I sat on a bucket, the shoe boxes had no prices, shoes on display had the wrong prices, it was a mess. Sent an email to them and Fadwa rep**** that adidas provides exceptional service And will get back to me, still waiting ....... that is Terrible service
