Adidas online zero service and no-one to assist

I ordered on line on the 29/11. Payment went through on my credit card. It is impossible to get an answer from the help line or email. The excuse is they have high volumes. It IS NOW 10 WORKING DAYS. Tracking system shows the order bit nothing else.
