Adidas online the worst!

Very bad experience with Adidas online of late! Not sure if they changed ay of their service providers when it comes to shipment and deliveries. As a loyal customer never went through such horrific experience till earlier this year when they changed their local website and Global e came in. I placed orders on 18 and 19 November and still nothing to indicate what is happening with my order! Their customer number is forever busy and they not responding to emails! What must happen to get our orders??? And also what happened to Jade services? Never had any issues when they handled orders.
